Please take two steps to be approved as a Wholesale Customer:

2 - Send Us An Email requesting that your Account be upgraded to a Wholesale Account. Please include the email address that you specified when creating the account.

Once approved, we will reply with your confirmation. Next time you login you will see Wholesale Pricing and a Wholesale Only section for testers and backbar.
